Your Daily Workout
Do these six (6) exercises for your daily workout for five (5) to six (6) days a week and you’ll feel great! If you need an additional challenge, add ankle and/or wrist weights. And after a few months or so, replace these exercises with those for the same muscles group. Find variations to be sure you are working different muscles. After all, you have 600+ muscles and you won’t want to neglect any!
Note: Check with you doctor before starting an exercise routine!
