  1. Great list. I’ve been eating a keto diet for a year and some of these are eaten only in very small amounts (fruit-sugar, and grains-carbs). Despite a lot of stress, I haven’t been sick in a year, so it seems to be working. Good reminder to make sure I’m still getting what the body needs. :-D

    1. I think we sit much more and the foods aren’t made at home as much. We eat more preservatives than when I grew up. Moms stayed at home more tending to the nutrition needs of the family. People are way too busy now. Great observation AOC!

      1. Yes those are all truths. And too we could drink clean water from faucets and public park drinking fountains. No more healthy freebies. But a continual increase in prayer for cleansing may get us back. 😰
