I am a big believer in the mental health benefits of taking an hour for yourself to exercise. It will clear your head and you’ll feel good. Towards that, I’ll start with the first article about exercise, but there are even more great articles that have wonderful advice that I’m reblogging from One Regular Guy Writing about Food, Exercise and Living Past 100. As you may know, I’m a big fan of Tony and love his writing. After that I’ll share an article below that we were fortunate enough to find our feature image. Read Nicole Hiltibran’s article that lists some of the causes of holiday stress and ways to recognize and reduce your stressors.
