    1. Hi Nasuko, No, I take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water every day. I have heard that seaweed has a lot of nutritional value, but I’ve not tried that. I love vegetables, especially green – like Broccoli Rabe, so I think I’m getting lots of minerals in what I eat every day. And I eat fruit every day – can’t forget the fruit!
