Michael works at My Fitness Boutique which is located in North London (West Hampstead) – you can see Michael’s Bio is below. Towards that, he has produced this 500 calorie infographic’s and we are thrilled that he has agreed to share his work. Michael outlined a series of high-intensity exercises into the infographic below and you can complete within 30 minutes. 

I like the concept of My Fitness Boutique because it’s a pay-as-you-go gym so you aren’t paying for time you can’t make it to the gym – such as vacations or time when you workout at home.  My Fitness also rents rooms for you to hold your own training class, or get a group of friends and hire them to train you – personally. It’s a fantastic way to get fit.
