The 500 Calories in 30 Minute Workout (Guest Infographic)

My Fitness Boutique500 Calorie Burn!

Great infographic by Michael Nash showing us how to burn 500 Calories in just 30 minutes! Michael works at My Fitness Boutique which is located in North London (West Hampstead) – you can see Michael’s Bio is below. Towards that, he has produced this 500 calorie infographic’s and we are thrilled that he has agreed to share his work. Michael outlined a series of high-intensity exercises into the infographic below and you can complete within 30 minutes.

I like the concept of My Fitness Boutique because it’s a pay-as-you-go gym so you aren’t paying for time you can’t make it to the gym – such as vacations or time when you workout at home.  My Fitness also rents rooms for you to hold your own training class, or get a group of friends and hire them to train you – personally. It’s a fantastic way to get fit.

If you are lucky enough to live close by, give My Fitness Boutique a try – we think you’ll enjoy the workout and may make a friend or two.

Please join me in welcoming Michael. And thank you Michael for the wonderful infographic – I’ve already printed it for reference!

Starting a Gym Programme

Many people have firm intentions of starting a gym programme. But because of other life priorities, they find it difficult to make a commitment to the gym. The perfect alternative is a high-intensity routine. These routines pack a serious workout into a short period of time. They require little or no equipment, and you can do them from home. By sticking with these workouts, you’ll soon burn a load of calories and witness spectacular results.

I think that your readers might enjoy this infographic.

I agree – please enjoy and let Michael know if you do!Burn 500 Calories in 30 Minutes - Infographic- MyFitnessBoutique
