As you can imagine, or know yourself, writing these articles gives me a chance to learn, and I get a chance to meet new friends. Our Senior Fitness – SF –  series has provided great opportunities for to do just that and it’s a win/win for me as I learn about some awesome myth-busters while learning what to expect as I age. Brain Games for Seniors – What you need to know by Tony is a great example of what I mean.

Tony is one of those people who subscribes to the theory that staying active means staying healthy and doesn’t listen to the myths. He keeps his body active and his mind sharp with brain games for adults. Tony shares with us some great articles on that subject and we wanted to be sure you saw them too.

As a senior citizen, 77 years old at this writing, I am very concerned about my physical and mental well-being as I age further. In addition, I have at least three cases of Alzheimer’s or dementia in my family on both sides. So, I consider myself very vulnerable.
