Gotta Run ! Christmas is coming !!

This is the worst time of year to exercise! The days are darker earlier, the Small Red Bowweather is colder. With the holidays there is so much to do. Plus, there are gifts to buy and wrap and parties to host and attend. Besides, it’s not like anyone will see you in a bathing suit for months!

But what about you?

To help you make it through the holidays feeling good, we wanted to give you an early present. We hope you like it.

First, unwrap your Weekly Exercise Plan. Print this and unwrap new exercises for you to choose. You can do a few one week, then pick others for the next week. This is a no-pressure way to begin the new year a little early. We’ve even included some exercises you can do in the office – no sweat.

Next, unwrap your Weekly Exercise Journal. Print this and unwrap your motivation. As you keep your journal you’ll gain confidence plus all the benefits of staying active, including the energy you’ll need to make it through this busy time of year.
