The Friday Stretch!

You made it!  It’s Friday – reward yourself with a good stretch. It feels good to stretch out those muscles after a hard week at work. Enjoy it!

Stretching shouldn’t be something you only do when you are tired or you wake up from a deep sleep, but something you enjoy daily.

Stretching your muscles keeps you limber and flexible which gives you more freedom of movement for your other activities. And it feels sooo  good!

Hi Gary, I am so sorry you are having trouble… To leave a comment you need to sign into WordPress – they control the comment logons as you can then comment on any blog that’s hosted at wordpress – not just mine… But since I see this comment, I’m thinking you got passed the issue? If not, please let me know.

      Enjoy those stretches – and BTW – you can stretch every day, not just Friday!
