You made it – it’s Friday! Now reward yourself with a good stretch. It feels good to flex your muscles after a hard week at work, especially with our sedentary desk jobs. So enjoy – you deserve it!
Stretching shouldn’t be something you only do when you are tired or you wake up from a deep sleep, but something you enjoy daily.
Stretching your muscles keeps you limber and flexible which gives you more freedom of movement for your other activities. And it feels sooo good!
