Welcome to Professionals Health Connection ! 

We are very excited that you are reading this and hope to help you stay physically active in any way we can. We know what you are going through – knowing that you need to stay more active but finding it difficult to get started. How do we know? Because we also sit at our desks for hours on end and know that it’s unhealthy. We just weren’t made for that much desk work and inactivity!

We at Professionals Health Connection focus on providing information to help motivate you, fitness equipment to keep you interested and exercises to keep you healthy. Education is your friend. Just as you have been successful your whole career, information will keep you motivated and motivation will keep you healthy.

So, stay tuned, we have lots to share and want to hear from you too – so write in, comment often and let’s do this together.

You can easily get started without much more than a mat and some weights and we’ll recommend some great equipment for when you are ready to try more. And of course there’s some great books you can read during the morning commute that you’ll want to buy now (unless you are driving of course!). So get on the treadmill and open the book or Kindle, and get going!

    1. Thank you da-AL, I started this because I needed encouragement and my husband signed me up for gym – with 3 trainer lessons – uggh! But now I love it – I get up at 5am 3 days a week and go to the gym on Sat and Sun for at least 30 minutes each day – one strength, one arobic (ok, I do skip some days, but try not to do them in a row) and I feel so much better – we want to share that and here we are! Thank you for stopping by! I love your black labs, they are such wonderful dogs! We hope you visit often!
